Unable to see contacts in UCE

This guide will show you how to sync your company directory from the cloud platform on to your UCE App.

Firstly, login as Manager, to the iPECS Cloud Portal using the following link customer.ipecs-cloud.co.uk

Once you're logged in, from the home screen navigate to Company on the left menu's. This will display a bunch more options

Select 'Company Directory'

Once on Company Directory, you will see your list of company contacts. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen, you will see 'UCE All Apply'. Simply select this & then log out of your UCE App, log back in and it should display all of your contacts under the 'Contacts' & 'Shared' Tab.
