Unable to listen to Voicemail to email

Resolution for when you are unable to listen to voice files sent to your email when Voicemail to Email is set up.

To get started, open up your internet browser and enter https://customer.ipecs‐cloud.co.uk in the address bar.

Your individual username and password would have been given to you by our installation engineers.

Select Manager when entering your credentials and this will allow you to have FULL control of the system.

Once Logged in.

- Click on Call Manager

- Click Shared Line

- Select the required Voicemail, click on the Settings cog.

- Once you have clicked on the settings cog, this will open up a new menu, click Feature

- After clicking on Feature, scroll down to the bottom where it says Voicemail and look for Encryption and change this to Not use.
