This is a quick guide for when you are unable to dial particular countries on your iPECS Cloud system.
Fistly, Login to your iPECS portal. You will have received these login credentials when the system was first installed. If you need these feel free to contact Sirus on 0333 222 1133 and we will provide you with these. *When logging in, ensure 'Manager' is ticked.*

Once logged in, click on Company. This will act like a drop down menu and display some more options to you.
Select Call Barring. Once this has loaded up, select the default profile, followed by Modify.
This will have brought up a list of countries/continents with tick boxes. Simply make sure the country you are unable to call is ticked and press Save.
You should then be able to dial this particular country.
