Transfer & Hold timer

This guide will show you how to extend the time before your phone starts ringing again once a caller is on hold.

Firstly, you will need to login to your iPECS Cloud Portal.

Once logged in, from the Home screen, navigate to Company on the left hand side.

Once you have clicked on 'Company', in the drop down list, select System Tone & Timer.

From this screen, you will see your two on hold music files. In the grey bar above, select the option Tone Timer

In here you will see all the timer settings for recalling the handset once caller is on transfer, hold etc. Simply adjust these by pressing Modify and entering the desired amount of time (in seconds) into each box. 

Click Save.
