This is a quick guide on picking up a call that isn't to your phone. This is useful if that person is not at their desk etc.
When a call comes in to a particular extension or a hunt group that you're not a part of, simply lifting the receiver will not answer that call.
So in order to pick up that call:
- When another phone is ringing, you will see their light flashing on your handset.
- Press that flashing light, followed by lifting up the receiver.
You will now be on that call and can now answer/ talk as you would normally.
