To transfer a call from your extension to another, press the TRANSFER button followed by the extension you require.
If you do not have a button for the required extension you can dial their extension number and this will work in the same way.
Pressing the transfer button will place the caller on hold giving you chance to announce the call to the other extension user.
If that person doesn’t want to take the call, simply press the TRANSFER button again to return to the caller on hold.
