If a message has been left in the Group Mailbox, the VOICEMAIL flex key on your handset will flash.
To log into the mailbox – Press the flashing button, then press the flashing MESSAGE button. Dial 2 to select VM, you will then be asked for a 4 digit pass code.
From here you will be given instructions on how to operate the mailbox.
If a message has been left in an extension’s Individual Mailbox, the MESSAGE button will flash. To log into the mailbox - Press the flashing Message button then dial 2 to select VM. You will then be asked for a 4 digit pass code. This is 1234. From here you will be given instructions on how to operate the mailbox.
