Guide to enable/remove call forward on your Cloud handset
To forward all calls coming to your handset to another number (mobile etc.)
- Firstly, press the right button on the Directional Pad (Surrounding the OK button on your handset.)
- Then press the 'FWD' soft key on your handset, this will be displayed on the main screen.
- Dial 1.
- You then enter the number which you would like your calls to go to.
- Then press Save.
To Remove
This is similar to Enabling.
- Press right on the directional pad
- Press the 'FWD' key
- Then Press Hash.
This will now be removed and your handset will ring as normal.
