How to divert calls on Cloud

Firstly you need to Login to the Manager portal, After your phone system was first installed you should have received log in details for this as well as a link to the portal. If you are unsure of what your login details are you can contact us and we can give these to you.

Make sure you are logging in as a Manager as opposed to a user.

1 - Once you have logged in, go to 'Call Manager' on the left hand side.

2 - This will display lots more options, you want to select 'DDI summary'.

3 - Click the number in which you want to divert, then select 'Modify'.

*We recommend making a note of the digit that the number is currently being diverted to before making any changes to avoid future complications*

4 - If your system is set to 'Timed'. Read step 5, if it is on 'Always' Skip to step 6.

5- in 'Day' enter '9' followed by the number you wish to divert to. e.g. '9075849468923'

6 - If it is 'Always', under converted number. Enter '9' followed by the number you wish to divert to. e.g. '9075849468923'

7 - Click save and this will be done for you.
