Once logged in to the UCE App you will be placed on a screen under 'Favourites'.
If you are on Android you will see the menu bar at the top. iPhone at the bottom.
To make a call, Swipe across the menu bar and select Call
Once on the call tab, you will be presented with a keypad & a big green phone button, a smaller grey & camera button at the bottom.
Simply dial the number using the keypad and press the Green call button, this will then start making a call from the phone system, presenting the company outgoing caller ID and not your mobile.
To hang up, simply press the red Hang up button.
