This guide will show you how to change your status into DND on the UCE Mobile App
Once logged in on the UCE App, you will be on the 'Favourites' tab, this is where you want to be. So if not on the Favourites tab, swipe across the menu to find and select this.
Once on the Favourites screen, you will see 'My information' and your user below this.
Simply select your extension by clicking on your name.
After Selecting, you will be displayed with some more options. Select Phone Status.
To enable do not disturb, simply select DND under DND Setting & you will now be on do not disturb, and will not receive calls. To turn this off & start receiving calls again, simply press DND again.
