There is a number on your bill that you have phones that you do not reconise
This would normally mean that someone within your organisation has phones that number. We quite often find that people phone premium numbers without realising.
Therefore, we would suggest that you check the number to see if it may be one of your customers. Alternatively please pop the number in to Google, and it should tell you who owns that number.
