I don't recognise a charge on my bill?

If a charge appears on your invoice that you do not recognise, please visit our online billing platform as from here you can see a number of difference reports showing all details relating to both your current invoice and all historic invoices. Alternatively, please email billing@sirus-telecom.co.uk with your query, this can then be forwarded onto the correct department to look into to see of the charge is correct.
