How to reset a user's password for Communicator Go

Navigate to your admin portal page, this will be either:

https://pbx.victus.online

https://pbx2.victus.online

If you're not sure which portal to use, please ask a member of our technical team.

 

Once you have logged in, navigate to the extensions tab on the blue ribbon (see below) and select the user whose password you wish to reset.

 

Once you have selected the extension, navigate to the Authentication window.

 

On this section, type in the new password next to where it says: "User Password", like so:

 

Once you have done this, click Save and the password will now be what you have changed it to.

When the extension now logs in, they use this password and then they will be able ot change the password to one of their own choosing.
